Consultations are provided by Dr. Mandeep C Saini, operating from the United Kingdom. Questions go through the contact form.

A consultation is a block of time on a stated date, delivered online unless something else has been agreed in writing. What you are buying is the session itself. A written summary is available on request and is not part of every booking.

To be read accurately a chart needs an accurate date, time and place of birth. If the details you supply are wrong the reading will be wrong, and that is not grounds for a refund.

Astrology is not a regulated profession and a consultation is not medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice. Nothing said in a session is a diagnosis, a prognosis, or a recommendation to start, stop or change any treatment, medication, legal position or investment. Decisions of that kind belong with a qualified professional in that field, and you remain responsible for the choices you make.

No outcome is promised or guaranteed. Sessions are not offered to anyone under eighteen except the free education reading for under fourteens, which is booked by a parent or guardian who should be present throughout.

Payment is taken at the time of booking, in the currency shown at checkout, through Stripe, PayPal or Dodo Payments. A slot is not held until payment succeeds.

As a consumer buying a service at a distance you normally have fourteen days to cancel and receive a refund. If you ask for the session to happen inside those fourteen days, you are agreeing that it can start before the period ends, and once it has been delivered in full the right to cancel is lost. If it has partly been delivered you can still cancel and pay only for what was provided.

Beyond that right, a session cancelled more than twenty four hours before its start time is refunded in full. Inside twenty four hours, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded, because the time was held for you and cannot be resold at that notice.

If a session has to be cancelled or moved at this end, you will be offered another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What you discuss in a session is treated as confidential and is not shared, except where the law requires it. Do not record a session without agreement first, and the same applies in reverse.

The writing, frameworks and teaching material on this site belong to Dr. Mandeep C Saini. You are welcome to read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to any of it. Reproducing substantial parts, republishing it elsewhere or selling it requires permission.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability arising from a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for it, and does not extend to losses that were not a foreseeable result of the session.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to a service carried out with reasonable care and skill, are unaffected by anything on this page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
