Before you book.
The questions that come up most often, answered plainly, including the ones about what a reading will not do.
- How are consultations delivered?
- Online by video call, or by telephone if you prefer. A joining link is sent with your confirmation email. Clients book from the UK, Europe, India, the United States, and Australia, and times are shown in your own timezone when you book.
- Which languages are available?
- English and Hindi. Dr. Mandeep C Saini consults in both, so state your preference when booking.
- What birth details do you need?
- Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, for each person the reading covers. The booking form asks for exactly what the service you chose requires, so a marriage reading asks for two sets and a Vastu audit asks for none.
- What if the birth time is unknown?
- Tick the box that says so rather than guessing. An unknown time is recorded as unknown, which means the reading treats the parts that depend on it as less certain. A guessed time recorded as fact is considerably worse, because it produces a confident reading of the wrong chart.
- Why does an accurate birth time matter so much?
- The rising sign changes roughly every two hours, and it anchors the house framework the rest of the reading is built on. A birth certificate time is the best source. A remembered time is usable with the uncertainty stated.
- How far in advance can I book?
- Up to about two months ahead, and there is a minimum notice period, because every chart is cast and read before the session rather than during it. If nothing suitable appears in the calendar, the available times for that service are genuinely taken.
- Are sessions recorded?
- Ask at the start of the session and a recording can usually be arranged. A written summary of the main findings can also be sent on request.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is taken at the time of booking, on the payment provider's own secure page. Card details never reach this site. Your slot is held while you pay and released if the payment is not completed.
- Can I reschedule or cancel?
- Reply to your confirmation email as early as you can. Rescheduling is handled manually at present rather than through the site, and the earlier you ask, the more likely a good alternative is still open.
- What can astrology not do?
- It cannot diagnose illness, it cannot replace medical, legal, or financial advice, and it cannot tell you that an outcome is fixed. A reading describes structure and timing. What happens inside that structure depends on decisions that are not written in a chart.
- What is Bhrigu Nandi Nadi, briefly?
- A predictive branch of Vedic astrology that reads life events through chains of planetary relationships and their activation by transit, rather than by reading placements in isolation. It is unusually strong on timing, which is why it is the method used in every consultation here.
- Do you teach the method as well?

Ask before booking rather than after. A question about scope is always worth asking, and the answer occasionally is that a different consultation suits you better.
